Itinerary:

Time	ACTIVITIES
8:00 am Arrival*	Arrive at the Manglares Churute Ecological Reserve for an orientation.
8:30 am Choose your adventure!	Choose one of two exciting options to explore the ecological reserve in a different way. In your 1-person kayak, paddle in and out of the mangrove channels to explore even more closely. (No kayaking experience required) or... If you prefer to explore by foot, put on your hiking boots and explore the tropical forest as your guide points out fascinating plants and wildlife. A highlight of this hike is seeing and hearing the howler monkeys frolicking up in the trees above.
10:00 am Boat Ride	Depart by boat for the Isla de Garzas stopping along the way to observe wildlife, interest points and crab fishermen working the mangrove. Our quiet boat engines allow you to get up close and personal with the local wildlife, including a wide array of birds, howler monkeys, and sometimes even dolphins!
1:15 pm Lunch	Enjoy an authentic local lunch of crab and other delicious fare.
2:30 pm Departure*	Depart from the Reserve.
3:00 pm Arrival	Arrive in Guayaquil.

*It is approximately a 45-minute drive from Guayaquil the Manglares Churute depending on your transportation arrangements.
